The patio area was the best! So peaceful for evening reading. Loved the comfortable living space 😍. But, the inside temp was a bit stuffy at first, and we had to buy a fan for comfort.

1700 South 2Nd Aparthotel really impressed me! The modern two-bedroom apartment had a lovely patio area with string lights that created such a cozy vibe for evening reading. The full kitchen was a huge plus. it made breakfast super easy. Beds were very comfortable, perfect for winding down after a long day. The location right on Baylor's campus was quiet yet convenient. A bit frustrating was the inside temperature. it was stuffy at first and took time to cool down since it was set high. Also, a few more coffee supplies would have boosted the mornings. Overall, very enjoyable stay.

The stuffy indoor temperature upon arrival was a major discomfort!!! Access was tricky with a tiny vehicle entrance, leading to significant inconvenience. Plus, parking availability was limited during our stay, which made things even more stressful!!!

Our stay at the 1700 South 2nd Aparthotel was delightful! The modern amenities, comfortable beds, and peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio among string lights, reading our books in the refreshing evening air.

However, the temperature control in the apartment was a bit tricky, as it took time to cool down after we arrived. We were hoping for a more immediate comfort and were unable to fully enjoy those cozy evenings at first.

Family getaway for some quality time

The place felt like home with a full kitchen where we whipped up breakfast every morning it was really nice to have that option. I loved the cozy patio area in the evenings sitting under the string lights felt like finding a little piece of paradise.
